Joe helped me when my car key fob got caught and fell to bits. What a Star he is. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed a new chip, which he managed to sort out with his magic machine. He brought the spare key up to date for me and came in early so I could park the car outside and check everything worked. Brilliant service. Highly recommend him. Thanks Joe. Now I know everything you can do at Timpsons I am sure I will be back again

I took my bracelet here for a minor adjustment to the safety catch as it wasn't doing what it's supposed to. It does now !! a fantastic service, minimal cost. I'll be using this service if or whenever the need arises. Total satisfaction, 100%. Thank you so much !!
Joe at the Scarborough branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he had to order key blanks in because it was a special and he spent a lot of time initially making sure he had the right one and phoning round to check, however the supplier didn't deliver as promised but Joe kept following up and rang me a couple of times to keep me informed of progress. He was very apologetic even though it was definitely not his fault. Absolute top guy to deal with and a credit to Timpsom's. Stand out service especially these days!
So, i have to add this first section, i have pretty good watch and had for couple of years, although only used a couple of times. and had it in storage for couple of years whilst away. and the battery went flat i took this into another Timpson branch " Not Scarborough"which i won't mention here The watch was damaged by the young lad who tries to put a new battery in it. This was confirmed after taking it into a Longines supplier, i thought all hope was lost until i called in to speak with Joe. he told me to report on the customer service site which i did, never got a response from the form filled out. Out of the blue a week after telling Joe he called to see if it was sorted and had head office had been in touch. explained they had not. From this point onwards he took it on himself to help me out. Contacting head office, explaining the situation. speaking with his area manager. and eventually sending the watch away for repair. This Lad Joe is second to none, he went well above what was not his fault or really anything to do with his store. but he did and i am very grateful for what he did. i hope the managers of Timpson's see this and realise that they have a top-class employee whose customers service is excellent ***** Joe thank you and if you are in need of keys cutting, shoe repairs, watch straps etc. this is the # 1 place and i will now always use.
Excellent service by the young man who attended me. Explained how he was going to mend my shoes and who much he was charging me. My shoes were ready the day and time agreed. A job very well done
I paid £225 for 5 prs of small curtains cleaned. They have shrunk and buckram tie backs have shrivelled up. I am awaiting for someone to get back to me. They also look as though they need ironing. We also paid £30 for 3 dog tags and engraving. They are not clear at all. We are not impressed with anything we have had done. We picked Timpsons and thought we would get a good job.

Joe is a professional who provide his service beyond the lines. Once I went there to buy a shoe polish or wax to cover some paint marks on my shoe. He provide his professional service to clear that mark with a friendly manner. He is honest when providing his service. Thank you Joe
