Sale garment sold at full price at York shop, realised when I got back home. Took it back to Scarborough shop for a refund. They were OK but while waiting saw other items off a rail scanning at the wrong price. Lots of garment tickets only had bar codes and no visible prices.
It's ok, prices are ridiculous, nothing for a 10 yr old girl unless you want black or beige
I had to give 1 star to post my review - they don't deserve any! First they sent me wrong item. Then in hope to get my stuff, I took the wrong item to the local JD store. In store I was told they don't change and don't do refunds. They only can send the wrong item back and I will be refunded in 10! working days. Now I have to prove my identity to customer service before they proceed with refund. Total outrage
Small shop specially for someone who needs chair to get around but staff nice helpful unlike some jd sports I’ve been in, I got some trainers which I’m happy with even let me have a bag for free as I didn’t have any cash/card on me thanks
The staff are brill and the shop is always well stocked and clean. Busy but with reasonably short waits to be served. Good range and there always able to order items too. Click and collect isn't the best. But I do prefer to try on in the shop. Only a small range of boys clothes and shoes. Witch isn't good if you have 3 young boys like me.
It has got some good products like their shoes, will last you a long time. They are Abit on the high side of price though.when it comes to clothes, if you want a big size don't bother they only have like 5 items in a size 18 plus
Excelldnt. Staff v friendly and helpful
We haven't bought much from this store due to not being from the area however when we have been here the staff have been helpful and the store has good stock of sizes . Fantastic customer service from the manager Dominic .
I don't really like sports chain shops on the High Street they tend to be more about fashion and being trebdy rather than products that are fit for the job. I'd rather use wiggle, we're the prices are incredibly reasonable, they have knowledgeable staff and the products they do sell are for actual sports, rather than armchair tracksuits or chavy trainers. I find the staff disinterested in working.. The wage maybe low but it seems a shame as the working environment the shop itself is clean, warm and reasonably well presented. If you want fashion sports or just something casual for the gym then it might be worth a look but there are far more competitive places even on the High Street. Two stars at best..
Such helpful staff. Got me fitted with a pull on boot which I never thought would fit. I'm now the proud owner of the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I will be back!
