Ryan was an absolute super star! I had bought a chunky tungsten bracelet for my husband's birthday & the company had made it too big & then gone bankrupt!! I went to several jewelers to try & get a link taken out but none could do it! Ryan did this for me in 10 minutes & didn't charge me anything! What a great guy & fantastic customer service! Went Inside to get my watch was a gift fitted to my wrist as it was too big. Got told it would be £8 which I was more than happy to pay. After only a few minutes of the guy taking off some links it was handed back to me and I was told it was free of charge. Proper certi guy even when I insisted to sort him out the payment he refused n did it for free of charge. Deffo come back for anything to do with watches, keys house signs as well as all else they have to offer.
Another great experience Seen Ryan as needed help with my watch straps and the service I received was prompt and efficient. Thank you again. Would highly recommend!
Visited the store to get some passport sized photos done and was served by Ryan. What a very helpful young chap he was. The advice he gave us on taking the photos so they would be acceptable for a drivers license put our minds at ease. Some times you can visit stores and people don't care about customer services but this chap did. If only all stores where like this and offered the same level of customer service. Will return to your store.

THE place to go for keys, engraving, shoes, watch and phone repairs. Service is quick, friendly and efficient.
