The staff aren’t very friendly or helpful in this store. They didn’t greet me when I walked in, despite looking over to see who had walked in. They were very slow to serve or approach me, I had to go up to them for help despite there being only one other customer in store who they weren’t serving at the time. The member of staff who served me brought out the wrong shoes and was pretty rude when telling me they didn’t have much stock of what I was looking for. Next time I will order online to avoid the bother of going in. It’s not hard to be friendly, approach people when they come in and serve shoes, however they clearly think it is.
Clarks make beautiful shoes in infant sizes with really creative designs but the junior range is far less impressive and mainly directed at school shoes, wellies and trainers that lack the creativity of the infant designs.
Not sure always had Clarks shoes as a kid
It is a small shop so variety is limited. You can order online from Clarks and there's an option to have shoes delivered to that store. This means if the shoes don't fit the shop will get the right size in for you.
Very helpful. Purchased a pair of shoes. They felt a bit tight when i tried them on again at home. They ordered me the wider fit and text me when they arrived.
Paula was wonderful with our little one…both pairs fit perfectly and there is always a good choice.
Love 'Clarks' shoes. I have wide feet and found their footwear very comfortable.
Went in had sale on.Came out with a pair of canvas shoes for the summer brill.Like Clark's shoes etc.Very helpful young girl in there.
We were helped by the manager, she was very polite and knowledgeable, we got exactly what we went in for, would definitely recommend 10/10
