Timpson Locksmith's & Safe Engineers

Went to have a key cut. He asked if I could leave the key and come back in 30 mins, I did and he told me he didn`t have one in stock could I come back in a couple of days. No I can`t. Why couldn`t he have checked stock in the first place. He didn`t seem bothered, and I won`t be bothering with Timpsons again.

I've been going here for 20 years for key cutting etc and never had a single issue yet. I did once have a watch battery replaced that only lasted for an hour afterwards but in all fairness my watch had been tampered with by a magician and his neolidium magnet the week before and various new batteries have gone the same way so I can't blame Timpsons for that.

Poor customer service, staff are rude and obnoxious. Had a new watch battery put in, managed to break my watch in the process aswell as charging me £14 and refused to refund me.

Can't cut keys for s**t. This was a standard double-glazed uPVC door. I returned keys and had it adjusted plus two extra keys and all of them did not work. Won't be going here again as they don't have a clue.
