Found KO - LOCK via a recommendation. Kris responded very promptly, analysed the issues, travelled to his distributor and the same day changed the 2 locks needed. Kris has been an absolutely amazing professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. On top of a great service, his prices were extremely reasonable and a lot cheaper than other quotes. Faultless service from start to finish. Many thanks Kris.
Excellent service. The locking mechanism had jammed up and the replacement parts not available 7 years later. How unusual!!! Kris managed to undo it all, clean it, re rivet it back to the frame and adjust it and its as good as new. Thank you Kris good value too.

Very professional and prompt response from Kris who came and assessed our broken window locks and fixed them very quickly and efficiently. Very reasonably priced too. Great service and definitely recommend.
Kris got to us in minutes after our keys were left inside our property. Which was really helpful as it was minus 4 degrees outside. Kris provided safe and secure service which was also good value for money.
I lost my garage key and found Kris via Google. He replied instantly, quoted a fair price and was able to attend the very next morning. Work was completed quickly and I am now back in the garage and reunited with my beloved tumble dryer :
