Absolutely shocking I went in to the store on the 11/4/17 to get a new battery for my Mazda 6 I gave mark in the shack my key and he was trying to open up the key to replace the battery he then started to poke it with a screwdriver with force worried I asked him to pass me the key as I have opened it up before and know that there is a latch to open up the battery compartment when he passed it to me a peice of plastic from the key had broken off I passed it him back so he could fix it and put a battery in he put the battery in and gave me the key the key was now broken I showed him this and he apologised and said he would get another one sent out and I will get a call letting me know when they have it in store he also did not charge me for the battery because he was at fault today I have returned to the store to find out what's going on as I haven't heard anything 22/04/17  when I have gone in to the shack and asked mark about the key he has said his area manager has said they can not replace the key as I touched it I think this is absolutely shocking and will recommend nobody use their services. Thanks Sharoon
