Went yesterday around lunchtime for petrol as Morrisons was busy and the staff was so rude. Doesn’t speak to you or acknowledge you.. If you don’t like dealing with people don’t work in a customer facing role! AVOID unless you like grumpy and rude staff!
Fantastic petrol station friendly staff a great jet car wash which i always use and i fill up here also
Definitely need new staff, guy at the counter doesn't respond to anything. Went to the petrol station at 11.30pm on Saturday, the guy definitely lacks customer service in all areas. Very rude, don't think I'll be coming again would rather go to Morrisons which is down the road.

Some of the members of staff at this petrol station are heartless. Just seen a lady in her 70s, dressed in only a dressing gown, ask them for help and they turned her away. She was clearly very distressed and lost. It was midnight, temperature is 1'C, it was obvious this woman needed help and they didn't bother. As I pulled in to help her she was looking for a corner to huddle in and get warm at the back of the petrol station. I dread to think what would have happened if no one else had been around to call for help as clearly the staff at this petrol station had no intention of doing so. What I witnessed tonight from the staff at this Esso branch was a complete lack of caring. I will never use this petrol station again.
Great prices and service
Only visited to use there "Inpost/Hermes" collection boxes external & seems to have have had brand new system fitted here as works very well and fast
