Story

Established in February 1986 at Castle Street, Comber, Tim Martin and Company was formed to provide a quality personal service to their clients in Comber and throughout County Down.

Since that time the practice has expanded with an ever-increasing client base and now provides a high quality personal service to clients throughout much of Co. Down, South Antrim and beyond.

We believe in bringing a holistic approach to our property matters and draw a wide experience in the sale, rentals and management of residential, commercial and agricultural properties and land. We provide quality professional advice and service to vendors, solicitors, accountants and financial institutions on a wide range of property matters including valuation services for inheritance and capital gain tax purposes, legal disputes, development appraisals, farm sales and management issues surrounding rights of ways, easements and boundary disputes.
