Fantastic service Came in for a coffee and donut with hubby and my 2 year old. Lovely donuts! Coffee was lovely. Little one enjoyed her donut and strawberry milkshake ! Will definitely be back ! Thank you Kid-friendliness: My little one loved the donut! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into shop.
Something a bit different to your usual fast food restaurant. This branch is pretty small but does have some indoor seating and plenty of parking. We’re from Aberdeen so don’t have one of these up our way so nice to try something a bit different to the usual fast food brands. The burgers and super tasty and the waffle fries and lovely. They have a great range of pastry’s and sweet treats too which they absolutely nail for taste and freshness. I skipped the self service touch screen system and ordered with the human who was very polite and helpful. Only the second time we’ve eaten at a Tim Hortons but will definitely be back.
Had a lovely coffee break at the Ayr store. Coffee is delicious and the cakes were a treat. . The young woman who served us was delightful. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Gentle slope up to the door.
The staff are always very friendly. The double chocolate donuts are by far the best. I like the fact they do different espresso blends as they always very tasty. Especially in the awesome hot chocolate as a mocha. Delicious! Parking: Plenty of parking available, although through late morning to mid afternoon it can get busy. Spaces are decent size and car park is usually very tidy. Dietary restrictions: Staff very informative on allergens and checking if an alteration is due to an allergy or taste preference. Offer of alterative milks for free is great!
This has been one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to! The staff were all super attentive and lovely, and I can’t get over how quickly everything was served up. Will definitely be back!
Very disappointing. I only wanted a coffee and I feel as if I would have been quicker flying to Columbia. Plenty of staff who looked busy but didn't seem to be achieving anything. Two people to top up the bottled soft drinks fridge? Really? It wasn't even busy. Fifteen people including takeaways and sit-ins.
This was my first time having an actual meal at Tim Hortons - a burger with fries, a mocha coffee and a donut. The lattice fries were nice and a change from the usual French fries that you get at other fast food restaurants. The burger unfortunately was simply OK taste wise and the mocha coffee didn't come with whipped cream for which I paid 50p extra. Thankfully I ate the donut last doesn't always come in this order! and of course it was delicious like it always is!
Absolutely love this store, my daily coffee trips are made by the friendliness of the team who know my order and have it ready for me before I’ve even paid. The coffee is fantastic and the food is great too, cannot recommend enough!
Great service, tasty breakfast muffin and coffee and nice donuts
I had a very good experience in this Tim Hortons. I'm currently watching my weight and found their menu to accommodate my needs. They offer a vegan range to both their sandwiches and burgers, with most of their doughnuts also being vegan. Vegetarian options: They have vegan options for both their burgers and sandwiches. Most of their doughnuts are also began. Parking: They have packing that is very accessible and has around 30 spaces dedicated to the location
