Love everything about Tilt professional Make-up Shop In London , helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and great with customer service and aftercare services , Because I travel a lot for work I pay particular attention to service and Tilt will forever have me returning back , they are my go to , everyday special and my Sunday best .
Ordered online, never having used this website or visited the store. I’m so impressed! My order came quickly, was packed securely and included sweets and a lovely thank you card. The place quite outstanding, although it was far from the place i staying but 100% worth to visit. The shop is so fancy and well arranged for all artists to get their needs, the employee was so kind and helpful, the price was quite high but they got every single detailes of artistry makeup & special effects. I would like to re-visit them again

I placed an online order for the Jordane Total Tattoo pallette and the accompanying sealer product. The items came very quickly, box was very carefully packed and I'm v happy with the products themselves. Lovely to see I got a little sample size of rejuvenator with it, ty :
Brillant customer service. Went to collect my order, the man was so friendly and nice also let me in as it was cold and also had a wealth of knowledge. Will definitely being shopping at Tilt Makeup, I have previously bought things here and will continue to do so.
I’ve purchased makeup online a couple times from the website, but just now over 2wks ago I received an empty foundation box with no foundation in there. When I emailed them on the 11th of May, they told me I would receive a refund because the shade I had ordered was no longer in stock. They told me I would receive the refund within 5 working days, I emailed them again regarding the refund on the 20th of May as it had been well over 5 working days and I hadn’t received anything, they responded back saying my refund would be issued the next day 21st May which in fact they had lied about because it is now the 25th May and I haven’t received no refund or even an email back regarding it. They just fob you off and lie again and again. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
