Had an amazing time here!! It's a good location hidden in an additional spa ensuring men don't walk in and the customer service and experience was fantastic! We were provided with robes, towels, fruit, tea, water and nuts during our time and I had booked an inclusive package which they had a discount at the time for Eid. The facilities were really good, clean and relaxing especially the sauna room and the main massage area. The masseuse I had was lovely and gave an amazing massage I had: Moroccan black soap massaged on me in between my sauna session, a traditional body scrub, a rassoul face and body mask, prickly pear soap massage and head massage with mask. You're constantly also washed with hot water in between and I felt super clean and comfortable the whole time. Everything was perfect including the access to a shower and a relaxing tea room but the tip of the iceberg had to be the manager. Our experience was running quite late which she was very apologetic about and made it up to us with firstly a complimentary prickly pear oil serum gift and then she also overheard me speaking about my sister giving birth today and again gifted a complete postnatal package for my sister for free. Honestly astounded by how amazing the customer service and how sweet and thoughtful the manager was. Will definitely be coming back!
I recently visited Moroccan Essentials and had to write a review as it was such a good experience. The hammam itself is beautiful, really clean and they use good products. Marie, who did the treatment, made me feel so welcome and they provided tea, fruit and nuts at the end, which was lovely. Thank you for creating such a wonderful, relaxing and safe space for women. Highly recommend!
Had the worst experience ever strongly DO NOT recommend this hamam. I paid nearly £200 for two for a 2 hour treatment but what you actually receive is a 15minute scrub and the rest of the time they suggest that you use the steam room or sit n drink Moroccan tea . The package clearly indicated a massage but in-fact what they mean is they apply an oil after the scrub . I would also like to add place is very small nothing like the pictures they over book clients so it becomes over crowded and noisy, not relaxing at all. I left feeling more stressed out then when I arrived there.
After visiting a number of hammams in London, Moroccan Essentials has to be my favourite one. The biggest difference maker is the team. Marie and the others are all highly skilled, ensuring you thoroughly enjoy your visit. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Wow, everything you didnt know you needed. When i stepped in i felt calm, the decor is lovely and the Staff is sweet and friendly. It was my first clay mask, originally i thought id be sat in a bath of mud. Anyway i recommend this place for you to rejuvenate youself with steam room and clay mask. Thank you Moroccan essentials and the head massage and treatment was so relaxing Left feeling like a Queen
Discovery Thermal for Two- Discover the Moroccan Hammam Ritual With Therapist. Definitely worth every penny. Love the fact it’s an appointment booking only and it’s a women’s only experience. Marie our therapist made us feel so welcomed and enjoyed every minute of our experience. Iv been to a few before and this was by far the best Iv had. Marie was so professional and lovely to have a chat with. Ignore any bad views you see and have your own experience you won’t be disappointed as long as you read the website and understand what’s included in your package deal. Unfortunately I had to change my time slot last minute but the team was very accommodating. Had an amazing time here!! The facilities were really good, clean and relaxing especially the steam room and the treatment area. The decor was fantastic felt like I was not in London! Very clean and fresh. Our Package deal included a Moroccan black soap which was massaged in between my steam session, a vigorous body exfoliation using a mitt you get to keep, a Prickly Pear soap body massage and a Rhassoul face mask to finish. Argan oil was provided after your shower. You're constantly also washed with hot water in between and I felt super clean and comfortable the whole time. Everything was perfect including the access to a shower and a relaxing tea room. My therapist asked about pressure which was great. Will definitely be back especially with the loyalty card that you get given. We chose a good day to come not busy at all. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you again Marie. This was a birthday present for the both of us
I had the most beautiful experience at Moroccan Essentials spa. I have not experienced this kind of Hammam since I was last in Morocco. The environment is inviting, clean and welcoming. The treatment by Sharifa was completed with care and professionalism, taking into account recent back injury. I left relaxed and my skin and hair have never felt softer. I would 100% recommend this spa for an authentic Hammam experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Truly not exaggerating when I say everything was down to a T perfect. I’ve never left somewhere feeling more relaxed and well-looked-after. Do NOT listen to any reviews below 5*. I don’t say this lightly - worth every penny and can’t wait to return.

Took my sister to this hammam for her birthday using Wowcher voucher. Was very disappointed with the experience, the place smelt strongly of damp especially where they told us to go in and drink tea. Only one shower for all Customers, and the place is very small which causes a lot of waiting around and takes away from a relaxing environment. The scrub was very short and we spent most of the time waiting in the steam room. Not much of a hamam experience, thank god we didn’t pay full price as it was not even worth what we paid.
