Tile Plus

I search high and low across West Midlands for a simple and yet unique tile design, and finally found them at Tile Plus! They looked amazing all thanks to my superman in disguise! He was truly a gentleman with excellent service and patience and amount of resilience was remarkable. As my friend also loved the simplicity and yet unique style of titles and decided to meet the superman for three set of projects for two house. In case you’re wondering who this Clark Kent in disguise is… Real name, George and look out for ginger hair with glasses provided service with smile. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended! 5 stars is not enough. I've placed several orders recently for tiles and their customer service has been exceptional. Reise has been very helpful indeed and patient! and nothing is too much trouble. George too has provided great service, even the delivery drivers have been brilliant. I can't thank them enough for all their help, and great prices too. Fantastic customer service!

I needed tiles for my kitchen and wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed to match my new kitchen, I was approached my a gentleman asking if I needed any help I replied quickly YES please ! I showed him a sample of my kitchen colour & work tops and within minutes he took me to the perfect floor & wall tiles which matched fantastic! What fantastic customer service I received! Clinton was very professional knowledgeable , polite and very friendly which ended up with me buying all the tiles there and then for my kitchen , I left a very happy customer I would highly recommend Tile Plus and I would recommend asking for Clinton if you need help

Brought some tiles waiting for delivery, day before delivery get a call that my tiles I paid for has been sold to someone else, so basically sold my property, all to be offered a refund, but I booked time off work and a tiler, also which will set back all my other deadlines of fitting my kitchen and painting another how ever long it will take to source some more. Very bad organisation skills and no sympathy given. Thanks a lot never again.

Void ! void ! void this shop !!! Had the worst shopping experience from this shop as terrible rude staff !!!! Yesterday the tile shop staff gave me very hard time to let me wait in the queue for over one hour for just asking where was the collection point at back, which queue for me was no necessary at all ! . Only one stuff served customers. Other stuff were doing nothing. I told them I have already paid at other branch, only come to collect point, which I have been told i only needed drive to the collection point in the back of the shop at Unit D , other branch staff told me clearly I didn’t need wait for long queue as I have paid , but other customers waiting to pay! . But this shop stuff deliberately didn’t tell me where was the collection point, but kept on telling me join the long queue! After have been waited over one hour , several customers made big orders, the rude staff , that particular famous women staff raised her voice , argued on shop floor, whose rude attitude have been mentioned by customers many times on Google reviews! She almost drove customers mad! What these stuff gained by giving customers hard time after they paid you money ?! I went to this shop several times over last 10 years, i found in this shop stuff always miserable, very rude and not helpful, no professional at all! especially that famous middle age women ! As a property developer, I need buy tiles all the time . I always drive to other branch if I want to buy tiles from them. As the boss seems just don’t care how bad their stuff treat customers!!!

Had a delivery from Tile Plus. Can't thank Larry and his colleague enough for carrying the tiles into our house. Larry was cheerful and polite. Thank you boys.

Great selection of tiles at great prices. Staff very helpful. Love my new bathroom. Tiles were less than 12 pound sqm for plain and patterned.

Drivers were amazing, called just as was promised to let me know they were on their way. Very pleasant and helpful

The place itself was good and staff were friendly, I didn't do too much price comparison as everyone recommended here anyway!. Only downside is them not delivering inside the property, which I didn't realise, and to put them inside for £39.95 is abit much! Anyhow not realising they would not be carried in, I am now sitting waiting for someone to help me, with the items as I speak getting heavily rained on, not great! tried myself earlier and re triggered the back pain I already have, high charge for items going inside the house, can understand if it was first floor but should be made clear items aren't put inside! Whether this was the case before covid but this isn't covid related, it's a money grabbing chance only, disgusting when you spend so much in store anyhow.
