Ordered some tiles for a bathroom refit, excellent price, good quality materials. Shout out to Ben the delivery driver who managed to back the Luton Van up my steep drive off a main road in peak lunchtime rush hour! Only the second person besides myself who I have seen do that! Really nice guy too, took a few minutes to help me get the tiles off the van into the house all with a smile on his face. Great customer service, will be back again for the downstairs toilet refit! Would highly recommend.

I went in The weekend was Assisted by Rob who was absolutely amazing he went out his way to help, although don’t work on the shop floor he was only walking through he took his time out and showed me all the new ranges assisted me with samples to take home. Jim was fantastic working out what I needed how much I will need and looking at the best Option, today went in to order and San was fantastic straightforward completing my order Efficiently. Great service look forward to delivery

Been here a couple of times, there is a car park with free parking. Really good place to come to for tiles or flooring in general. They also have tiles for kitchens, bathrooms, and some other flooring types. They often have discounts and they usually try to discount for you as much as possible. The staff, in my experience, have always been friendly and helpful.

Ordered online, called the store and Ben their delivery driver couldn't have done more for me!nTwo trips and past 5:30pm to make sure it was delivered. Thank you!nReally polite and helpful!

Very bad experience. I was told my tiles will be put on side on call while I received broken on delivery 3rd time . Came to exchange as my builder needs them to put first thing in the morning and they don’t open till 9am but they refused to serve me as I was 2 mins late and they were aware that bus was broken down outside their shop and have caused a lot of traffic and was told on the phone that it will be ok. But when arrived outside after 35 mins drive gate was closed and they refused to servenSpoken to somone called clinton and he was rude and kept saying I don’t care we are close .nAnother bold guy was outside and I tried to speak with him and he literally left saying I don’t wana talk mate while I was explaining what I was told on the phone .nI don’t think I will come back after this experience.
