Great company to deal with from the start. Office staff helpful, install guys very polite and professional and took the time to show my parents how to use the stairlift etc. The stairlift itself has been a life saver too. Would recommend Dolphin lifts midlands.

Very unreliable company, please don't waste your time waiting for them to turn up to fix the problem, I rang up yesterday and reported a fault with my uncle's stairs lift, I had been advised that there engineer will be coming onsite today, I asked for the expected time for their engineer to turn up, I was told between 08:30 to 17:00 pm, we have been waiting all day today but no one turned up they did not even bother to give us a courtesy call to explain the reason why their engineer couldn't turn up or reschedule the appointment. Very poor customer service they don't even deserve one star.
