Went in today and the 3 ladies serving were very rude to me when I asked a simple question. When you are buying such a special dress and spending a lot of money you should be made to feel welcome. There are lots of wedding/occasion dress shops in Southampton, I would recommend you try somewhere else.

Went into the store today with my grandmother mother and my 2 sisters to find my sisters bridesmaids dresses for my wedding next year. Even tho yes I found the dresses I want them to wear I will NOT be buying them here. 1 of the sales assistance was lovely but the elderly lady working there today has completely put me off spending any money in the store. Baring in mind I was after 2 bridsmaid dresses, a 2nd wedding dress for my reception and an over the top dress for an evening do they've lost a lot of money today because I'm not partly with my hard earned money to some stuck up rude women.

After finding a dress at tiffanys two weeks ago I went back today to try it again. Alisha was my fitter, a lovely, friendly, knowledgable lady. She suggested as well as the dress I'd already tried, that I try another. It was perfect so I said 'yes to the dress' thank you all for your help and especially Elisha.

Having read some reviews that were not good, a bit dubious, but my daughter really wanted to go. They couldn't have been more helpful. Alisha, lovely, friendly and attentive. What more could we ask for. Came away with a beautiful dress. Thank you so much

I bought my daughters prom dress from here today and the staff couldn't have been more helpful
