I love Primark! I won't miss a chance checking what's new in Primark each time I go to town. For this season, they have a lot to offer in home decors that it made me buy a few of their candles and reed diffusers. hehe

This store has lots of choice. Well laid out. Men's clothing is located downstairs on bottom floor. Normally always a queue to pay but that's due to the popularity of the shop. Best time to go is between 7pm and 8pm which is when less people are in the shop so less likely to have to queue when it comes to paying.

I have a hidden disability medical condition and have a card wherei need to use the toilet, was in store on Friday and needed to use toilet, Michelle the lovely store assistant was fab she escorted me to disable toilet and waited for me. I found a experience that I had been dreading as 1st time using this card to being pleasantly surprised as she was more than helpful and went out of her way to make me feel ok about this. Well done Michelle and thank you.  Star

Good selection of items as always....tills were understaffed so a longer than usual wait to pay. Heard one of the manager's mention lots of staff absence due to Easter.

My go to clothing shop of choice for office shirts, work trousers, summer shorts, casual t-shirts, underwear, and everything in between! Items usually fit well, are comfortable and looks fashionable enough in my non-fashionista eyes. Lowest prices around town, great for the thrift minded!

The store had what I was looking for, the queues for the tills are always really long even with tons of tills open but that's just because they're busy. Just something you need to be aware of and plan for. Also the fitting rooms don't have any hooks for clothes so I just had to pile the clothes on the bench which might be an issue for some garments.

Primark is, by it's very nature hit and miss. I don't visit often, as I live on the Isle of Wight. My last visit was pretty pleasant. The store Southampton, wasn't particularly busy, the shelves were neat and tidy. The clothes were not what I was looking for, but I did get a few things I wanted, as did my daughter. Check outvwas quick, and the staff friendly and welcoming.
