Thurlow Nunn in Fakenham What a Joke!
Wouldn't use them ever again!After buying a car from them  and picking it up only to find it dirty inside ( Dog hairs on the seats, marks on the roof liner  , even wood chippings on the roof liner! Rubbish in glove box , food down the side of drivers seat) List goes on!  They asked to have vehicle back to put it right ,So  Took our car back in to finally have it cleaned properly by there so called car cleaners! The second time , only to find out the job still wasn't done properly again :( The sales manager David just says they ran out of time! but don't think to call to let us no!seems they think you have time to run about wasting your time and fuel!  , Just seem to get fobbed off with absolute rubbish!!Just don't seem to care at all! Seems a few staff there needs some lessons in customer care!

Orded car needed to cancel would not give £500 deposit back not very help full always had corsa vxr  I would never by from Vauxhall again 500 is a lot to lose when you are on low wages be aware do not give deposit  very unhappy

I am writing in response to a review posted by Mr Spicer regarding Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall site at Fakenham. Mr Spicer placed an order with us for a Brand New factory order Vauxhall Corsa VXR to his specification costing £22295.
With a new car order we have a specific date after which we can no longer change the spec on the car or cancel the order. Mr Spicer called us and changed the specification several times on this car before the cut-off date which we were happy to accommodate. Sometime after the cut-off date Mr Spicer called us to say that he no longer wanted this car and would like his deposit returning. I explained to him that the total deposit taken was £730, I was willing to return £230 as a goodwill gesture as this was an additional deposit taken to cover a change of spec but as the car was ordered to his specific spec we would be unable to return the other £500 as it is likely the stocking costs on this car would be in excess of this amount.
