My brother and I contacted Stephenson Smart for some urgent tax advice. They accommodated a meeting with us at short notice and we met with Martyn Benstead. Martyn was extremely helpful and clear and went above and beyond in trying to resolve the issues we had - even though it was our first meeting with him. We definitely got the sense that he cared about his work and clients and would do all he could to help. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Martyn and Stephenson Smart.

I came to use Stephenson Smart through a former colleague who was already very pleased with them and she was not wrong. Service has always been very good, and all my queries dealt with in a timely manner, no matter how silly they are.  Would be more than happy to recommend their service to anyone looking for an accountant for the first time, or who were looking for a new accountant in the area.

My business is looked after by Stephenson Smart at Fakenham. A group of fantastic professional accountants who are personal, caring and are 100% quality. They have done my accounts before, during and after lockdown. I've been looked after the whole time. Any questions or anything bothering me, and they are there with an answer or quick advice. The Fakenham branch are the best, and a must use local business.

These guys at this accounting are amazing. I've not been the easy client and I must say I must be such a headache to them but they put up with me. The customer service is fantastic and a friendly environment to work with. They have put up with me for a few years now and I doing my best to help and they help me so much in learning to run a business as well. knowing I'm dyslexic and the paperwork is a mess each year they will sort it for me. My husband and I have been using Stevenson Smart in fakenham since 2019 and cannot recommend them enough! Mike Rowles has been our saviour when it came to setting up our new business. From a complete technophobe, he has dragged us out of the dark ages and introduced us to the easy way of book keeping online! He is always at the end of an email, has gone above and beyond and we cannot thank him and his team enough! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Mike Rowels was extremely helpful when I had a problem with HMRC phoned up and told me to come in straight away. Was all sorted within a matter of minutes. Very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
