A nicely located hotel. Prices not cheap but in line with similar hotels. Currently a lot of building work going on which has closed the front entrance but they haven't put up any proper signage to direct you how to get in hence only four stars.

We used this place as our wedding venue. The staff were frankly non existent in assisting us in setting up. It isle that had been laid out was so crooked and the chairs all so poorly laid out they had to be reorganised by myself and the farther of the bride an hour before the ceremony. Signs we requested to be put out were dumped in the room. If this hotel were anywhere else it would be out of business, the only thing that keeps it running is the monopoly it holds on the area and the views. All in all a very pretentious and over priced hotel that is a stain on the beautiful village it resides in.

Was working here (lifts).Found all the staff very friendly & Helpful .Hotel is of a higher end market .but not over priced .beautiful setting .great place to relax or hold a meeting or just a get away .would highly Recommend this Hotel .
