It was easy 2 find the gentle man on the counter was so fast iffcent at trying 2 help me unfortunately he didn't keep the part I was after but he gave me part number and where 2 try so a gd esperance any how they deserve recognition thank u
Always happy to help. If they don't have it in usually same day if ordered early enough if not next day. Always happy to help on the phone. Person on counter can be a bit sharp sometimes or seem unhappy he is there. They can deliver if needed
Served by Duncan, very polite and helpful, very knowledgeable about the items I required. good customer service.nnonly downside was the stupid prices for standard bulbs but thats down to the company not the staff :
Staff had a couldn't careless attitude. This seems to be a thing with any of their stores. I not sure if it because I'm a female asking for bits or not but if I had had another choice of car part stores I would have gone. Unfortunately the NAPA stores were no where near us in Wales
Staff on the phone where very helpful and friendly, HOWEVER there was a woman on the desk when I went in to collect a part that was ordered and paid for in advance. She was the snottiest, most arrogant, ignorant person I'd ever dealt with and would put me off ever using this store again. The other staff in the past no issues but Ms Attitude is what will cost them customers, definitely bad for business.
