Was due an upgrade so went to leeds planning to sort the upgrade in person. I have my own 3 account as part of a family plan and have been with 3 for years. The man who served me in the shop was extremely patronising and rude when explaining that he couldn’t do anything without my mum being there even though I have my own account. I understand this could be a security concern, but he could’ve explained all this in a polite way or at least gone through general upgrade/contract options, rather than being rude and almost laughing when he said ‘well mum needs to be here’. I ended up reluctantly staying with 3 for my upgrade, but bought my new phone outright from Apple and calling customer services to get a good sim only deal on the phone.
Employee in this shop are showing more racism and they are rude here. Ultimately even the store manager is not looking these things. Employee speaks to customer depending customer color. This is happening right in the shop where no one is care to bother. If you're looking for broadband package, check in internet, visiting is not recommended. Writing this review based upon what I have seen and how they treat a Indian family who walks inside the store. Absolutely Worst !!!
They are said that 3 is fastest 5G network in UK but they don't. Even you can't talk on normal call in single dial. So poor internet connection as well so much call drops.
The assistant made a mistake when concluding the contract by indicating a smaller amount of phone memory than was agreed with him. When they showed him that he was wrong, he said that it was no longer possible to change anything, saying that I would need to return to them with a phone that should come by mail to my address and they would change it to the one with more memory. I came but they told me that this is possible only at the new rate and the Black Friday promotional rate is no longer valid. But the new tariff is twice as expensive as the promotional one. I didn't even get an apology.
These guys will cheat customers. Do not buy any products from here. If you buy anything they will take money from you without any reason. Now I am struggling with Three. Can anyone tell me how I can stop my contract with three without any charges.
The shop appeared by magic after I was told it had closed down. I went in got the sim I needed and left. Didn't look back in case it disappeared again.
Staff is not good. When I go there for cancel my one sim contract they sad I can't help you call customer
We received great service here. From explaining the best plan to sorting out glitches to the phone. Special mention of Eric and Dan who had solutions for many of our concerns.
Poor experience twice now. Staff don't seem bothered even though there's an army of them, got a much better deal over the phone with the call centre.
Staffs here need more training. The staffs do not know how to provide quality customer service. Staffs seemed to have an attitude problem and will ignore you. Furthermore, I am unsure on what is the point of this physical store as when I asked for help, all they say is that I need to call customer service, what is the point then of a physical store?
