THE BEST APPLE REPAIR STORE IN LEEDS! EVEN MORE HELPFUL THAN APPLE! I needed a battery replacement on my Macbook Pro 2014 which apple said they no longer service and would not be able to help, iPatch had the new battery ordered and installed the next day with no issues at all and has given my Macbook another few years of life, all installed very quickly and efficently with no issues. I took my iphone XS max to Apple for a new battery replacement, when I came back to collect my phone they said they were not able to change the battery as they were not able to get into the device due to damage to the security screw head at the bottom of the iphone and that when I asked how this may have occured was told that I must have had my iphone opened before which is not true, it has never been opened before, so not only did they not solve my problem but also damaged my property and broke the security screw in the device making it unremovable, but then offered no help to solve the issue going forward and denied any damage to my phone. iPatch were able to remove the damaged screw, allowing future access to my device aswell as installing a new battery in my iphone XS max at a cheaper price than Apple. All sorted within 1 hour. I highly recommend iPatch, a very knowledgeable, helpful and professional business, who provided a safe, reliable and personalised services at an afforable price for issues which apple were not only unhelpful, but the apple store had even damaged my property and was fixed by iPatch. 10/10 service.
Amazing service - really. I took an old iPhone in, not knowing what was wrong with it. Within an hour I had a text from Chris with a diagnosis - and it was ready to collect an hour or so after that. I was expecting a couple of days turnaround so I am really impressed. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. And they are really reasonably priced, too. So glad I chose iPatch over anywhere else. Thank you Chris - you are a star! :-
Had our water-damaged iPhone repaired here. Andy was incredibly helpful and flexible, he kept us updated during the whole process! We had water damage because another repair shop name not mentioned but they're also in Trinity messed up a previous screen replacement and missed the water sealing. Andy sorted everything and brought the phone back to life! 100% recommended service :
Quick call in the morning to discuss the issue, dropped phone off with Chris for a new screen fitting to an iPhone xr, within 15 minutes chris had rung to say he had completed the repair, he even fitted a screen protector we bought elsewhere for free. I can honestly say I've not experienced customer service this good for years. It was imperative we got the phone repaired ASAP as it is used to operated my son's diabetes pump system amd without it we couldn't deliver insulin, this repair was carried out without the need for a factory reset, thus saving hours rebuilding the app used for the diabetes management. Fantastic service, thankyou.
Lovely people, great service. Went down on the weekend as phone not charging and they cleaned out charging port for no charge. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
Shame really as these used to be really good and decent Bought a battery replacement for a iPhone 11, no battery health showed on the phone after they put a ‘new one in’ and the battery lasted less then a month wouldn’t charge or switch on contacted several times via email to be ignored, very poor customer service, ended up having to go to Apple for another new battery, for £5 more then they charge, my advice, go to Apple and have it done properly.
Best place I have ever tried for Apple issues or repairs, and I have tried others. We have a family-full of devices, so I have quite a lot of experience of Chris and Ben. Always helpful, always constructive, and they know what they are doing. On a couple of occasions, I have thought that a job was going to be expensive, and they have found a way of sorting the problem at minimal expense, - so I trust them too. I certainly recommend them.
Staff don’t reply back to messages. They say that they use engine apple parts. After confirming this with apple they’ve said that iPatch isn’t a authorised retailer therefore their parts won’t be genuine. Once I have this confirmed I’ll be coming back for my £65 refund.
Was given an I phone to use with my Peugeot car the screen was damaged but everything else okay. Was recommended this place by my sister and neice who had used before, They do an amazing job! Very efficient very friendly! THANKS.
