Kennery and Kola were super super amazing staff. Excellent customer care service, very supportive and went out of their way to help.

Staff prefer to be on their phones even when quiet. Asked about an upcoming phone to which the staff had no clue, which would be fine if they had any customer service skills.

Went into the Store on November 30th as I had seen a deal on website for Black Friday. Was greeted my Kennery and Ranjeev Kennery Kindly searched for the deal I has seen and liased with her manager and gave me an even better deal. She was friendly informative efficient and made transferring over from another mobile provider really simple. I would highly recommend this store especially Kennery!!!! Xxx

Honestly, everytime I come to this Three store I feel disappointed. The staff are friendly on approach but once you start asking questions, they really don't have the knowledge about the phones. When I went in to the store last week I left without having a clue which phone to upgrade to. They said all the phones are the same so just get the cheaper option...

Set up my new 5G sim, manager Kola was super friendly and helpful, he gave me a great deal and took me through the whole process. I absolutely recommend Three's fast 5G network and their store in Watford.

I came in the three shop today to look at upgrades as it’s coming up. The colleague kola who served me was very helpful and fulfilled an early upgrade with a friendly chat about the phone. Really appreciate it and the customer service that went into my early upgrade today. Would recommend going to Kola when looking at upgrades or even starting with Three.

Went in the shop , 3 staff all standing around chatting approached them , told them i had an issue as i had changed to a business contract with them and one of the  contracts had not been cancelled correctly  . They basically said not their problem , and i should phone  , Not can we help , can we put you on the phone ? nothing . totally unhelpful . I know they are just there to sell you something , but zero regard for client service . i have a business contract with three , and will be reviewing it when the contract expires thanks to Paul the manager and his complete lack of understanding.

We had great with in the store and customer Advisor Kennery.
