Lovely welcome and atmosphere whether your eating in the restaurant or having a drink at the bar, the staff are well trained and mannered. The food quality is exceptional providing some uniqueness to your classic pub food which is a very good twist. 10/10 would recommended!
Came to this place as a change from my local and I have to say I was very impressed. Good selection of beers for the friends that were with me I had two coffees. The car park is big, they have a large beer garden which will be great for the summer and the best thing is it's dog friendly around the bar area.
The pub has recently been taken over and it’s been a welcome change. Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and friendly.. nothing is too much trouble. They have amazing food and a great choice of cocktails. 10/10 would recommend.
Why not go to Weatherspoons instead? The food is the same, fresh out the microwave, it’s 1/4 of the price and you might get some decent service there!
Lovely new people running this now and we were supremely impressed with the superb Indian food. Get down there, it's great!
Under new management and their doing a great job, new selection of beers and new food menu with a twist , the chicken tikka burger was amazing

Popped in here the other night for food with my family. Definitely coming back as service and food was amazing! Thankyou guys!
Locals all look at you when you enter bar. Made us feel like aliens. Also far too much swearing and people wearing filthy clothes , holding dogs whilst standing at bar. Left as quickly as we could, never to return. We did return when new management arrived, as we walked through the door we were blocked near the bar by a pram, mother was bending over it feeding baby. Prams are not a good idea in bar areas let alone babies. We left never to return, but who cares.
