Went for some lunch here midweek. I had the ploughmans and my husband had a burger and cheesy garlic bread. Staff were friendly and all the food was delicious! Would definitely come back here.
Not been in for a good number of years now. Lovely atmosphere and nice seating areas. Went with a couple of friends and none of us could believe the portion sizes! They were amazing. Food looked lovely and fresh and was brought in very good time. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended.
This pub is one of my favourites locally. Clean and tidy pubs. Friendly staff. Only 2 minutes walk from my apartment in the town. They do sometime have live music but because of Covid this has been put on hold for the time being.
Always a warm welcome, meals are good and service is great. Much attention given to Covid safe environment and I felt was being implemented both firmly but fairly by staff/ management for everyones well being.

Dog friendly lovely pub food was delious and staff were very helpful and friendly covid all set up well and made you feel safe
After 4 months it was brilliant all precautions were in place. We felt safe and welcomed back like old friends.
All restrictions in place, made to feel very welcome, really pleasant staff, food going out from the kitchen looked wonderful!
Just been for a post lockdown family lunch and this place was amazing, lots of safety measures in place and we felt very safe but still the friendly local it’s always been!
