Stunning place. We had a great day here with family and friends. Able to see it from low tide to high tide. The bay is a walking distance from the car park and the views are spectacular. Take food with you if you plan a long stay. I highly recommend the place.
It is so beautiful here. The bay is a bit out of the way. It's about a mile from the free car park. However, enough is already going down the hill. And later over a sand dune. If the weather is nice, the view of the bay alone is comforting. If you go there, you should think about food, as there is nothing on the beach. Life Guard has been there, though! At low tide, you can head for 3 bays, hence the name. One is accessed through a short cave, very cool. Small tip. If you drive towards Penmaen and turn right before the little church, you will come to the free car park.
Very beautiful beach, water is clean and warm, sand is clean and soft. 20 minutes driving from Swansea, and then around 15 minutes walking from the car park to the beach. Great place to swim and relax.
How bountiful nature truly is. This serene paradise is a stone throw from the city centre and offers unremitting joy to those who make the worthwhile trip. Parking at the gower centre is advisable for a pleasant walk to the beach and some wonderful artisan food. Please remember to take your rubbish and enjoy :
Parking at pennard will take you on a 1.5km scenic walk along side the cliffs. A beautiful place for sunset and truly one of Wales best kept secrets. Highly recommend for sunset.
Absolutely stunning place. Short walk out to very quiet beach, loads of space. Loved it!
Three Cliffs Bay is definitely a spectacular place to visit especially, on a sunny day! Our trip from the nearest car park to the beach took us about 20-30 minutes with young kids, so it's not too bad. But I would advice to wear comfortable walking/hiking shoes, because the hill can be quiete steep and slippery. This road is not the easiest one, but definitely worth to go, as the view from the top of the cliff is spectacular! Also the beach is really big and not overcrowded and the water was really warm and shallow on August. All in all, we had a really good afternoon here together with our friends and family, so I highly recommend this place.
Definitely worth a visit, don't be afraid of the long walk but bear in mind that the coastal paths might get a bit slippery. Quiet, secluded and picturesque.
This is the best beach I've been to in the UK. Its so beautiful and deep as well as wide. There are coastal walks to do, rock pools to explore and sand dunes to run down. Lovely!
A fabulous beach , walk & view! Have a good breakfast. Or take food & drink. As nothing there otherwise. Loved it!
