Great open space for most activities; loads of football pitches, outdoor gym equipment, extensive playground etc with a lovely cafe to boot. See separate review.
Came on Sunday 26.09.2021. Not a bad park - parking on site. Small cafe service is quite slow with outdoor seating. Toilets are clean but only 2 cubicles in ladies. Playground is gated and equipment for younger children looks a little tired especially the noisy wooden horse but otherwise lots for children to do. Children playing football matches on the large green. Some athletic equipment not in the playground for 13+ Year olds.
Thorpe park is a very good park. Plenty for the kids to do. There is a large field and small woodland walk for you and your dogs to enjoy, plenty of dog poo bins. As well as toilet facility's there is a small cafe which is open Tuesday & Thursday's 8 till 4 pm. Saturday & Sunday's 9 till 4pm. Also a recently built running track which circles the whole field and tennis courts. Very busy on Saturday and Sundays due to numerous football pitches.
Great park, excellent outdoor gym and play area for the kids. There’s a lovely cafe there too. Take the dog for a nice run around.
A lovely dog walking field with dogs of all sizes and even a small wooded area. Such a well maintained Field. The team take such pride in the presentation of the ground. Would be nice if the footballers cleaned up all their mess. Lovely place!
Great Park well used. Watched football on there yesterday. Great cafe, great food, cakes and drink.
Nice playground for kids, especially now they have removed the 10 ft high fence making it look like a young offenders institute! There is a good selection of equipment however there are a few dates items, including the 'rocking' horse which is quite dated. There are some newer equipment for slightly older kids and also some 'Gym' equipment outside the park area. There is football on at the weekends so do beware of some bad language. Otherwise good location, good car park and good playground.
A lovely dog walk around the field then coffee and crumpets. Lovely.

Even better now with all the new bits added. My nephew loves it. Loads of room to ride round on his bike too. Nice when the cafe is open too. Restrooms: Toilet blocks on site. Picnic area: More benches have been added in the play area which is handy.
