We have recently purchased our first home. Robin & Claire dealt with us from the start. The whole process was prompt, we were kept informed throughout and did not have to chase for anything. Second time using Thorntons for conveyancing, used them when we first bought the house a few years ago and again this time taking house into sole name. Natasha and Sophie were brilliant throughout what has been a very long and convoluted process due to delays and issues by the bank and Help to Buy, kept me updated and were both very helpful and polite when we’ve spoke. But they both kept on-top of it and put up with me for what feels like forever pestering, worrying and stressing but we got there in the end thanks to both of them! Would recommend Thorntons and would look to use them again in the future if needed.
