Toxic Company. Dan Thomson who I have been dealing with is rude and does not want to help vulnerable people. He seams to enjoy being toxic. They will put massive fees onto a small amount owed. They do not give clear emails as to where the fees come from. They also have a history of wanting to add onto peoples mortgage. They only give you a few days to pay. Overtime you go to pay they add on £15.00 and add on additional VAT. Where does this ££15.00 come from I wonder how many people have killed themselves from dealing with them. Must be horrible to work for a company that enjoys inflicting misery, suffering and mental health upon people. I would suggest every person who comes into contact with this toxic company contacts there MP. This 'company' should not be allowed to deal with people and make up costs. There needs to be clear legislation to govern 'companies' like this.

Absolutely disgusted with their service and how they treat people. They have been harassing me for over 5 years now ! I'm keeping repeating myself every year with the proof I have! Disgrace! They should not be trading !!

Very Very cunning, will not accept any responsibility and one lie after another. Only interested in making their commission and not a care about returning calls to resolve issues. The person that I dealt with (Abbey & Dan Thornton) was very rude and arrogant. Even though I called them several time to query a bill, I was promised a call back, however, ended up paying an additional £545.74 !!!! they kept no record of the numerous calls I had made... I would strongly advise you to use another solicitors firm and not SLC Solicitors.
