Went to my surgery appointment and I loved how caring and thorough Dr Mitchell was.nHe listened and he cared and made his best for me.nI think Dr Ho Man is awesome, but Dr Mitchell is as nice and it makes me happy we got such wonderful GPs. They both are amazingnThere was an issue with my referral, and Vidhya was also very helpful and patient.nI appreciate the good customer service and care for us patients
One of the slowest and unhelpful GP’s i’ve ever been to- every time I try to book an appointment over the phone, I am told they will review it and text me the next steps, but they never do. I then have to call back and wait in a long queue to talk to a receptionist to go through the exact same thing again- be told I will get a text then I don’t. I have been told several times that something has been booked and then when I try to follow up, I find out it’s not on the system. The receptionists are really unprofessional and will have long conversations between themselves even when they see a queue of people waiting. I have also witnessed a receptionist being rude and dismissive to one of the patients before. Both the system and the receptionists make it so hard to simply book an appointment/ be seen. It’s a frustrating and time wasting experience to say the least.
The receptionist, Vidhya, was exceptionally kind and helpful, arranging my blood test on the same day and making my visit smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much for your efforts, and keep delivering the same great service!
Had a blood test but arrived late and stressed due to bad weather and traffic. The clinician Janani was so calm and agreed to see me even though I was 20 minutes late. She did my blood test so smoothly and effortlessly whilst distracting me. A very thoughtful and considerate team of staff at this surgery.
Today I called the GP for an appointment. I spoke to the receptionist named Vidhya. She is very helpful and let me know by phone call each update or progress to my query. She arranged an appointment as I requested for the same day and updated me via phone call. I appreciate all her efforts. Thanks once again. Please continue delivering the same.
