After a nasty illness I was discharged from hospital but required to see the practice nurse at Parkway for urgent ongoing treatment twice a week. However, appointments with the nurse are in high demand, and a prior communication error meant that my previously arranged sequence of appointments didn't actually get booked, with potentially serious consequences for my condition. Huge thanks to Tammy the administrator who took my difficult circumstances extremely seriously and went above and beyond in her efforts to reorganize the nurse's schedule to make sure that my appointments were fitted in after all.  This was a big relief to me and meant that my condition got the treatment it desperately needed in a timely manner; many thanks once again.

My experience with Jaynes was excellent. I had ordered sick note initially which was not put through properly, and Jayne sorted things out for me quickly and efficiently and contacted me to let me know my certificate was ready for collection.nThank you Jayne for your excellent service

Quality nursing with effective communication, excellent time management with ability to balance  priorities including a strong moral compass while providing care with integrity and  strong focus on patient advocacy.                                   Attention to detail to prevent medical errors ,finally the nurse also work with compassion  respectful and strong emotional stability .

Was speedily attended to within a couple of minutes. The nurse at room 20 was very courteous and polite. I wish to have 10 of her kind in the surgery.

I was invited for a flu vaccine this morning. Tia gracefully received me and arranged for me to be seen promptly. We chatted and joked, and before I knew it, I was in and out in no more than six minutes.
