The changing areas and toilets are extremely dirty. When paying for a service, one expects cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, during my first Aqua Aerobics class, the instructor argued with a participant, causing us to lose about 15 minutes of the session. Such behavior is unprofessional. I am considering canceling my membership.
Not too happy , the gates are open all the time for last few months , it means people brings friends for free and everything is loaded with people gym , swimming pool, saunas while we paying the fee to use these thinks it's just not fair , toilets dirty , gym busy can't do your exercise.. please do something.
I spoke to Gavin over the phone on Friday 16th August...he was very polite and helpful. I asked him all the questions and he answered me in a very polite manner...nI had bad experience with their staff before but Gavin was very polite...so it's 10/10 just for Gavin.
Signed up to the gym in March 2023, as I've been suffering with chronic depression, coming here and meeting new friends who have the same interests as me, has been life saving, to say the least.nThe staff and the instructors are very pleasant to talk to and are helpful, whatever you need to ask them they will go out of their way to make you feel part of the gym community and answer your queries.nI'm so pleased that I joined .nSince I joined a little over a year ago I've met so many new friends and take part in so many more classes than what I originally did. Such a great atmosphere.
Fabulous gym with so much equipment to choose from. Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice pool, but small. Added bonus is the steam and sauna rooms.
