Dr Mahasti was so lovely. She was very kind, caring and professional. She made me feel so comfortable, got everything sorted for me so quickly and gave me lots of after care advice. The receptionists were also friendly.
I had a very positive experience at the clinic today.nStaff was readily available and there was not too much waiting to be seen between the different tests and procedures.nI want to especially thank the members of the team who I saw today.nUnfortunately, I can't remember the Doctor s name, but she is a lady, I think from Indian origin. She was welcoming, very calming and didn't make me feel any awkwardness at all.nShe listened to and answered my queries promptly. Also, investigated thoroughly the matter which gave me reassurance things were getting done properly.nAnother thanks to the nurse, Maria, who was well prepared and made feel at ease. During the procedure, she explained clearly what was happening and how, and was gentle too.nShe clarified my doubts and was friendly.
This a very good service.nI booked an appointment online and I arrived before my time. I didn't have to wait for long. I was seen by two members of staff who were very professional and efficient. They explained things to me clearly and they were really helpful.nI wish this clinic could open some weekends so it could be easier for full time working pepole to acess this truly amazing service.nThank you to all the staff at Croydon Sexual Health Service you really do a good service for our community.
Really disappointed. The lady who took my blood, swab etc was brilliant, and thankfully after a very long wait I got the all clear. However, when trying to speak to the results team it took an hour to get through to reception, then they transferred me to the results phone line where the phone rang for seven minutes then went to answer phone.nQuite infuriating, especially in a stressful situation.
HI,nnI didn’t have an appointment but kindly the clinic squeezed me in. I was seen within 15 minutes as the doctors and staff that treated me were professional but also kind and compassionate. I felt welcome and was treated with dignity and respect throughout.nnIt’s really something, the work that is carried out there and across the whole NHS. I was a bit overwhelmed at how I was treated, in a good way.nnThank you for your hard work, compassion and kindness.nnThank you
