This is the second holiday I have booked in the last 5 months at the TUI Bedford Branch. Amelia has gone above and beyond to meet my requirements on both occasions. She is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely professional and has made the booking process enjoyable and exciting. Thank you to Briony also for being so helpful, I’m very grateful to the both of you. Excellent Service from Becca at Tui Bedford. We went in to book our summer holiday and she exceeded all our expectations! It was lovely to have all staff smiling and recommending destinations to us! We can’t wait to go on our holiday!

Came into our local branch to book our first holiday since covid. We were welcomed by Ellee who went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure, more importantly, that we left the store with nothing else to do or worry about. Not only did she get our family holiday booked but we was also offered travel insurance, hotel the night before our flight and car parking at the airport. We also went through excursions we can do whilst on holiday which we didn’t realise we could book in store. We will definitely be coming back to book our next one!!

Charmaine was so lovely and friendly. She greeted us, as soon as we entered the shop. Her service was amazing and she was very efficient.  She was very helpful and excited to book and discuss everything. Went over all the details and explained everything properly. Found us the best deals and  went to great lengths to find what I was  looking for. I didn't have to ask anything twice, as she thoroughly went through the procedure with us. So we knew what to expect and exactly how much everything would cost. I would advise if looking for a get away to pop in and see Charmaine, because she has a real passion for travelling and also her job.   Making the booking process alot easier for me and more enjoyable. As booking a getaway can be very stressful, but having Charmaine there to explain and show us pictures and let us know about extra things that can support and accommodate our flight and  safety.  Was very helpful. I am are so greatfu lthank you.

We went into Bedford on a Sunday afternoon and was welcomed by Ellee, she was extremely helpful and attentive. She managed to get our holiday to Mexico for the dates we wanted, premium seats and private transfers and nothing was too much trouble. I would say she is an asset to the Bedford shop and can’t thank her enough for her superb friendly customer service. Hope to see you again soon Ellee. You are a superstar x

Recently went on holiday with TUI, and I honestly can not recommend Briony at the Bedford store enough. This incredibly professional, knowledgable , outstanding member of staff went above and beyond. I genuinely would recommend booking with TUI purely based on Briony!

Very lovely and helpful staff! My boyfriend and i went to bedford/london and needed some activities sorted, they showed us all the possibilities and helped us with booking the best activities! Thank you all and the women who helped us Briony!

I would highly recommend going here when booking your next trip. Very polite staff that will do everything they can to help you find your next holiday. They have a lot of knowledge and experiences that you would not find online.

Tui just wasn't giving the right answers to my questions ,and hiding the truth what's going on in Cape Verde . Worst holiday I ever had, and I experienced disability discrimination on top of my partner experanced  food poisoning . I will never book a holiday with TUI again . A legal complaint was sent we heard absolutely nothing from you.
