Waited 45 minutes for park & ride bus delayed by roadworks.  Learned this from driver but no information was given by bus station staff.

I loathe using this station. The colour scheme is rather basic, absolutely freezing cold in the winter, the seats are uncomfortable and there is a massive design flaw with the automatic doors. The doors have a sensor to detect when a bus arrives. However, the doors open when there is no bus, allowing for people to go out and smoke, (sometimes people don't even bother and just openly smoke in the station). The worst part of this whole station is the screens above the doors, which take an age to update, showing the wrong times the majority of the time.
