Filthy, smelly and horribly organised place. Lots of homeless people to be seen around and at the bus station too! I would avoid it at any cost if I can! The information screens are more than useless in the mornings too! I saw at least 3 elderly people being confused just for a day. Some people gather there to drink on the benches meant for the passengers. Some are smoking outside, near the buses and where the passengers are boarding to a bus, never mind there are small children too that can't breathe.

Buses can be unreliable! Be aware! Keep plenty of time to commute through this bus station!

What to say ... like a facility,  this is a place mostly for people,sleep there, smoke and drink. On the other side, Stage coach offers absolutely unreliable services,  you xan not get help or advice, as the all staff stay behind heavy iron door, automatically locked. Is just disgusting everything about the station,  and the company run the business.

Went last Sunday as last busses went through our little village, what a lovely day and the drivers were great.nI drive for a living but I don't think I'd be able to drive these.nIt's an end of an era for our community as older,younger and students now have a very very limited service and I hope our councils are proud of saving a few quid and leaving us stranded it's bloody atrociousnThe busses were lovely though,I thank you for the drivers whom were superb

No obvious customer facilities such as a information point and no customer toilets to name just two, they also don't have a coffee outlet as part of the bus station.nnThey do have customer information screens but a staff presence where you can buy tickets or ask questions such as the Arriva Travel Shop at Luton Interchange is definitely something that Stagecoach in Bedford could emulate which would make Bedford Bus Station easier to use.
