Always well looked after at TUI ,Manor walks, extremely helpful, never had a problem and the girls go above and beyond to get our holiday just right.

Unhelpful & condescending a certain member of staff in that store needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. Very poor.

I went into the Cramlington store because there was a conflict with my flight times, I had visual evidence of two different flight times . The saleswoman denied this, refused to look at my emails as evidence and was adamant that Tui has emailed me to amend my flight , she both brushed it off as insignificant  and insinuated I was telling lies In a customer services role I consider that inforgivable

Went in to get some advice on booking a holiday as me and my partner have never booked one before, we got served by the lovely Linda who was very helpful and found us an amazing holiday.

Just been in to the tui shop at Cramlington and Linda assisted me with a problem I had with my booking and she could not of been more helpful

Have made two holiday bookings now with Nicola. On both occasions she was super helpful with all the questions and specific requirements I had. Nothing too much trouble and went out of her way to help find me the best holidays to suit my requests. Will definitely be booking again and highly recommend.

We came in yesterday evening to book a family holiday, Caitlin was absolutely brilliant , helped us find the exact hotel we wanted and made the whole booking process easy and enjoyable , Thank you for all your help
