Disgusting attitude, what is the point in having western union when the only person to deal with it is so so busy, and the rest of the staff don't know how to deal with it.
I went in the manager said she was busy ok I came back she was FREE and as soon as  I said what I wanted she was busy she had to call a customer I told her that it was an emergency. My mother has alzimers and I need to send money I have been using Clevedon and Nailsea and they are so good in there. This is the second time this happens  to me in Bristol. I thiink a change of manager is needed.
