I would like anyone with authority to investigate the IM irwinmitchell solicitors firm. As of my experience with them, they are not following the ethics. I went to them with a case to of finance separation and at the beginning they were happy to take it and when they new that there were not much assets or troubles into the case, they refused to take it and start giving me names to other solicitors to contact. I made it clear to them that I am paying from my pocket and looking for the cheaper option which is them and as my case was straight forward just producing documents, they refused to take it. They refused to give me names of whom I am speaking to and refused to even record our discussion over the phone. Although I am a person who moved 18 years ago to England, I do speak good English and have finished my degree in England. The tried to put things as the was misunderstanding and I am positive they understood every thing I said to them. This is another issue with them not respecting people from different backgrounds by making fables things that is misunderstanding! It is a shame we having firms like that and hope everyone knows about this horrible firm and people.

Useless like most Solicitors. Very poor telephone service, says nobody is available then just cuts you off. You ring back they say they will get someone to call you back, what happens, you guessed it, nobody does!

Outstanding family lawyers. I just wish I had found them earlier. Very impressive knowledge of the law, extremely well organized, proactive, with a strategic approach. These guys are really in your corner and looking out for their client's best interests. They are not the cheapest but by God you get excellent value and they are always looking for how to do things as efficiently as possible. My case is being managed by Alison Hawes and Carrie Stoneham. They are not just brilliant lawyers but they have a very positive outlook, impressive social skill and go out of their way to try to understand their clients and go beyond expectations in making us feel like we are their only client. A dream team. So grateful to have found them. Hire them, you won't regret it.

Don't bother with this company all big front ,jest one big headache inept and cant complete the simplest of task on the phone every day sorting out the same problems (and they suppose to be a helping me ) its costing me more money sorting out there problems in phone calls my time ,please do your self a favour and find a capable confident company. pore service and I not happy giving the one star .....
