Do the job very very slowly and not people's people. Helped with our mortgage very very slowly and we waited weeks and weeks for responses that I was able to sort in an hour when I picked up the phone and rang around for them! They will never chase anything up, just send off emails and wait for a response, seriously lengthening the process. They give the impression that they don't care about you and that you're actually a nuisance if you contact them, even though you're paying them to do this work. Sighed down the phone every time they answered, and when I arrived to exchange contracts and pay them hundreds of pounds of our money, the solicitor didn't have the courtesy to see me herself, as was common story by now when getting in contact, she sent a receptionist instead who began asking a tonne of questions I had already answered for my solicitor. I looked up reviews before using them and thought I'm sure only people with bad experiences post anything, but I found them out to be true myself. For first time buyers, they were very unhelpful and unnerving to work with and I would not advise the use of these solicitors.

DO NOT GO THERE-professional negligence, no response for weeks, waste of your money. Buying the house.They do not care about the job they do.

**only getting 1 star because I can't put zero..........No communication from them, even when I got in touch with them , majority of the time it was answer machine or "we'll call you back" which never happened. Wasn't just me that had this problem the estate agents also was furious. Had a cheque of mine from the mortgage company a month without even telling me and then still hasn't sent it me weeks after I requested it. Avoid!!!

Would not recommend. Managed to do the basic job required, with much prodding. No contact made when appointed on the recommendation of the estate agents, managed to get the wrong address on the paperwork (including important documents being sent to the wrong address), as well as not bothering to fill out their own details on required forms. Communication was difficult at best - no email address provided until they wanted to make easy contact, phone calls never answered, when calls were returned the phone line was inaudible. In general, slow, poor communication, unhelpful and ill informed. Go elsewhere for legal help.
