Horrific experience. My mum died oct 2015. Left a will. 1 house 1 isa. Today april 2018 bromleys have not transferred either. The bill to date which they have removed from her account is £18500. Ombudsman were a waste of time. Do not trust this firm. They are callous profit driven arrogant bullys who take advantage of the deceased and their families. I dealt with mike hurst kate fletcher susan darlington. They have made my life a living hell and my kids inheritance has been completely wiped out. AVOID!!! You can do probate yourself online Dwp website less than £500.

Needed some work doing urgently. Walked in to a very busy office and was seen to within 5 minutes. Very professional and polite service. Will definitely use again.

This company are dreadful. My experience has been very poor. I have had to complain to the Ombudsmen about their behaviour. Do not use them, if you are elderly, sick or wish to leave a bequest. They have no consideration of time. In my experience they habe abused a vulnerable adult. Steer very clear.

Avoid , avoid , avoid. Lazy solicitor who doesn't care about the client, care only about the pay they will get . The worst solicitor I have ever met in my life.
