Thompson & Co were shortlisted and were eventually selected as the successful broker to provide the company's insurance broker services. We have been impressed throughout with Thompson & Co, for their level of client service, attention to detail and their refreshingly genuine desire to meet our requirements. They have extensive professional knowledge of and a strong network within the insurance markets, enabling them to be extremely competitive. Three months in, the level of client service and close contact afforded to us by Thomson & Co continues to be very high and we are very pleased with the service received.

Central Mailing Services would highly recommend Thompson & Co to Companies who are looking for competitive prices on their insurance. Adam and the team at Thompson & Co delivered a high level of customer service throughout the process and they are very quick at responding to emails and queries, which is great when you are working towards a deadline. The level of support that we received was excellent.

We changed to Thompson & Co over 2 years ago and have never looked back. Always efficient, always professional and always pleasant to deal with and the bonus we saved money. A local and family run company like ourselves which made the transition very easy as they understood the way we run our business. Have no hesitation in recommending them.
