I love this shop because people are very helpful. I could swap something I had received from an online order which was delviered wrong and they ordered a size up for a ring, without having to commit to buy it. Thomas Sabo is a bit pricy but good quality and the staff are genuinely helpful, and not stuck up like other jewellery stores.

We looked at ring and agreed to buy it, but when girl rang price up it was £60 more.... They refused to budge on price so we walked..... It wasn't our fault ring was incorrectly priced..... Won't ever enter shop again
