Absolute waste of time this branch is. It has an absence of knowledge about the holidays they sell and only one person that has any idea. I booked over the phone and they wanted payment in full, this I queried and then was told only a deposit was required. After numerous telephone calls requesting a receipt for my deposit I was told they had emailed it to me. My wife went into the branch to pay the balance before the due date and asked for details of the holiday which again they said they would email. These emails never materialised. I eventually got an email from the branch asking for me to call into the branch to give passport details which were not given or asked for. These details were given over the phone. The branch rang me to say the cruise company had sent all the documents and were ready for collection. We went in the following day and were told “ we have checked everything “  and opening the evolope when we got home found details were not correct.
My advice would be to book your holiday elsewhere.

Excellent service, couldn’t have been more helpful. Always called you back when they said you would. Good hand overs between staff on shift changes. Dealt with our third party really well and resolved complications at the other end. Went the extra mile to assist with special arrangements due to health issues with a member of our party. Highly recommend.
