Not at all impressed by TF aftersales service which is negligible.V quick to remind when balance due but after payment nothing.All left to the company one is booked with.No follow up to see if all ok.Misled when booking to believe final info re trip would be available 3 weeks before trip.The companys emails went to spam.Had I not chased TF I would have found out nothing.Charming lady at TF but general impression given  is that if one is not looking at a screen all day and totally  computer savy one is a moron.Thats how I felt.Dont go to TF if you want even a modicum of hands on service after booking.Sha,e because nice people.

Norwich branch refused to provide me with a quote as I was uncomfortable with providing  the dates of birth of my young children at quotation stage. I provided ages and adult DOBs but apparently this was not sufficient; there is no reason to input this at such an early point in building an itinerary. They are obviously doing well enough to throw away business 😐

Really friendly staff and got us a great deal on flights and camper in New Zealand. Much cheaper than we could find online.
