I usually book my holidays on line but as we were looking for something extra special for my 50th Birthday next year we thought we would visit a store. Amy looked after us and she was fantastic and I really enjoyed the experience. Would definately use them again

Called in for advice and prices to New York next new year was served by Pam.
 Really relaxed, no pressure to buy, had great knowledge of the area too.
Recommend this place to anyone

We booked a holiday to America just me and my husband. We dealt with Pam who has made our perfect holiday even more perfect.  Everything was to a T and the price was excellent.  Pam done everything she could for us to have an amazing experience and we won't hesitate to book another holiday with her again.

Honestly, pray you don't have any problems if you go with Thomas cook. There customer service is astonishingly poor. They obviously do not care in the slightest about resolving any issue.
