I booked my family of 4 adults on a tour of Western America (which cost thousands) yet the customer service was atrocious, to the point that we were given false information on a number of things which meant that we missed out on a lot, including upgrading our flights We were told that the tour company didn't offer extra trips to the Grand Canyon or the Hoover Dam to name a couple, and that we should book with Thomas Cook. I researched further and found that actually the tour company DO offer extra excursions and they charge a lot lot less than Thomas Cook. We had no please or thank you from the elderly woman who we dealt with and we were even charged a fee to change money, although we had spent almost £7000 on the holiday. Wont use them again that's for sure.
