Avoid it. The worst travel agency. They lie about free cancellation. Be careful with your booking because if you book the holiday you won't get your money back. The worst customer service I ever experienced.

Service has not been great. Staff member I dealt with was not very well informed at all. I wanted to book my wedding through them but the response time was terrible and every time I got an answer and had a follow up questions she wouldn't know and kept having to go back. I ended up booking the wedding through the hotel direct. I was going to book it online but the staff member convinced me to book it through her to get some perks - never actually got any perks at all and she failed to mentioned that if I booked it through her that I wouldn't be able to make payments by direct debit but instead had to call them every time! She did whatever she could to get her commission without any positives to me. The rate she offered me was higher than the online price and she ended up having to match the online price. My father in law booked at another branch and got the online rate beat by £200 each, I wish I'd gone to that branch as he ended up paying far less then us. My mother in law and I both booked our trips through this lady and paid our deposit and she told us that we didn't have to pay the rest until 3 months before the trip. Then my mother in law gets a call a couple of weeks later and finds out that a few hundred £ per person is due within 5 weeks of the booking had been made and she was getting the call the day before it was due so we both had to come up with a few hundred £ each in one day!!! So the whole process has become inconvenient and I wish I would have just booked it online and gotten the direct debit payments I wanted to begin with. Not to mentioned we would have paid less elsewhere. I just called the branch again a couple of weeks ago to inquire about getting seats with extra legroom and was told I'd get a call back the next day or the day after to arrange this. Shockingly enough it's been a couple of weeks now and I still no one is called me back. That was the last straw for me and that made me write this review. The whole process has been shocking and filled with false promises and wrong information and I will most certainly not be booking anything else at that branch again. Worst part is this is our Wedding holiday and it's meant to be magical but this is how we've been treated instead. Shocking. I'm incredibly disappointed.

Terrible service, avoid!! Ordered currency from the branch to be collected 3 days later and arrived to find they hadn't ordered it. I was told that there was a manual error for which they forgot to phone me to let me know.

Booked my ticket to Egypt one way and got a good deal not a lot of staff available and it was busy but not staff fault they were doing their best.
