We book all our holidays at this branch of Hays, we always make sure we deal with Sonia as she is so helpful & knowledgeable. Just booked two in one go to Cape Verde & Hurghada. Also have dealt with Chloe before who is just as friendly & helpful.

The rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune to come across! They were more concerned with eating the plates of food at their desk than helping me book a holiday. Their manners were appalling!!!! Cancelled holiday.

Ordered my currency online on Friday and it was ready for collection on Saturday, staff were very friendly and helpful
