My friend rang the agency last week asking for information about our holiday. They didn’t listen to her, told her they would ring back that same day and did not bother, it has been one week no response. Woman on the phone seemed like she didn’t understand what my friend was saying. Don’t book using this agency.
Horrible service. Always late. They tell you a price over the phone but driver always over charges you. Lee cabs is better.
Skyline has always provided excellent service to me and on this occasion was no different. Recommended to all for what ever your travel needs.
