I came in for a free haircut with Megan who is a trainee and I think I might have had one of the best haircuts ever! Under Thomas's close eye and guidance they worked magic on my hair

Went for a pre-booked appointment this evening and the extremely rude man at the counter told me to "get the f out before I phone the police" and refused to elaborate when I asked what I had done to upset him. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour that I would not expect from a 5 year old let alone a middle-aged man. I know Glasgow is not a very nice city overall as I have lived here my entire life but this was a horrible and quite frankly traumatic experience. I am absolutely disgusted.

Fabulous hairdressers. I have never been able to fault a colour, cut, hair up, blow dry or any treatments I have had on my hair. The staff are lovely and go out off their way to make you feel welcome

Back to this fabulous west end salon after 25 years. Had an amazing hair cut and colour from Vivian. Friendly professional service.

Staff were great,bit out my price range but its almost worth the money,its also customary to leave at least a 20% tip in hairdressers which I do in all service industry? Which adds to the expense bill

Thank you Thomas as always and for the last 39 years you have pulled out all the stops and my hair is ready for the big up and coming occasion in our family. You are one hell of a guy and it has been my good fortune to have known you and have you look after my hair for all these years .....Again ......Thank you x
